We are your on-line scrapbooking store devoted to scrapbooking PAPER, STICKERS, ALBUMS, EMBELLISHMENT AND MORE! Our site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Our Cabana Host hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. HOWEVER....you may cruise our site at any time you want to escape to scrapbooking! We hope you will find all your scrapbook supplies with us. Order are processed and shipped within 2-3 business day of placing your order, Monday thru Friday. I want it now ASAP processing (same business day, if order is placed before 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time) is available for an additional $6.00.

USPS (United States Postal Service First Class Mail)(2-4 days): For Shipments within the United States the shipping charge is based on purchase amounts. United States Priority Mail is available, please e-mail us for your quote.

USPS International First Class Mail: Postage will be calculated on a per item fee of $1.00 for all International Orders. For customers with larger orders, we will adjust your shipping charge once we have determined the exact International shipping rate. Shipping & Handling charges will be included in your final order and charged to your credit card.

We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashier checks. Once your check is received, we will wait for your payment to clear before shipping items. Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything possible to insure that your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one. We are confident that you will love your products. If by chance you don't, you can return it in its original condition for a PayPal refund. You must e-mail us within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping cost are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to send product back to us. Product must be returned unused, postage-paid and insured; this protects both of us from any USPS damage.

Please e-mail Customerrelations@thescrapcabana.com your concerns. We will make every effort to correct this problem within a timely manner. We handle each case on an individual basis. However, please note that returned items must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. We are happy to replace damaged product with new of the same, give store credit, or make a refund.

Out of Stock Policy:

Our web site is constantly being updated and every attempt is made to ensure all advertised items are “in stock”. Our online inventory is automated and occasionally the system may show an item "in stock” when it is actually “out of stock”. However, if an item is likely to be “out of stock” for only a few days before new supplies come into the shop, or there is a rush on a particular line, it is possible that an ordered item is not “in stock” when your order is processed. In this case, we will either:

Process your incomplete order. Since we promise to process and ship your order within 2-3 business day of order placement we will hold your order until the end of our normal day processing time if new stock is expected in that time period. Payment will not be processed until the order is finally processed; or

If new stock can not be secured within our normal 2-3 business day processing time and we have a definite expected ship date from the manufacturer for the “out of stock” items, we will process the full order, ship the “in stock” items and ship the “out of stock” item at no charge to you as soon as the product is received; or

If the “out of stock” item is not currently in route from the manufacturer, we will process and dispatch the rest of the order and charge only for the supplied product. Please note that back orders that are not confirmed in route from the manufacturer will not be processed. You will have to reorder the item in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
